A professional maintenance service designed to refresh, cleanse, and restyle your existing wig so it is ready for your next wear.

Ideal for guests whose wigs need routine care between wears, including cleansing, conditioning, drying, and styling to restore a polished, refreshed appearance.

What's Included: Assessment of your wig, shampoo and conditioning, proper drying and preparation, and your selected finished style based on the condition, construction, and hair type of the wig.

Wig Drop-Off Required
Wig Maintenance & Styling is a drop-off service. Your wig must be received in advance to allow adequate time for cleansing, drying, preparation, and styling.

Turnaround:
Drop-off and pick-up instructions will be provided after your service is booked. Once your wig has been dropped off, please allow 2–3 business days for Wig Maintenance & Styling. You will be contacted when your wig is ready for pickup.

Please Note
Wig Maintenance & Styling is intended for routine maintenance of an existing wig and does not include wig installation, removal, construction, reconstruction, customization, lace replacement, significant repairs, coloring, bleaching knots, or replacement hair unless otherwise specified.

Wigs with excessive matting, tangling, adhesive or product buildup, damaged lace, or other conditions requiring additional work may require an additional service or fee. If additional services are recommended, you will be contacted before any additional work is performed.

The final result may vary based on the current condition, age, construction, and quality of the wig and hair.

Booking Fee Policy
A non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking to reserve your Wig Maintenance & Styling service and will be applied toward your total service cost. Any remaining balance, including approved additional services, is due at the time of service.

The SHE'KEND Experience
For first-time wig maintenance guests, we will assess your wig to determine its condition and ensure the selected service is appropriate before proceeding. Because every SHE'KEND experience begins with understanding what you're trusting us to care for.

Need to Make a Change?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your service. With proper notice, your booking fee may be transferred one time to a future appointment. Late cancellations and missed drop-offs may result in forfeiture of your booking fee.
