EXCHANGE and STORE CREDIT ONLY

If you are not satisfied or have an issue with your order, you must notify us by completing the "Contact Us" form within 7 days of your order delivery date. SHE'KEND does NOT offer refunds. However, we can offer a store credit for future use to purchase from www.shekend.com. Please allow 5-7 days for processing and to receive a confirmation of your store credit.

We will not accept any items worn, washed, sign of stains, tears or broken.

PLEASE NOTE: The customer will be responsible for shipping costs. Please contact us by completing the "Contact Us" form and provide us with your tracking number once shipped to SHE'KEND. Any worn, stain or torn clothing or broken item returned - NO store credit shall be reimbursed. Payment and Item become forfeited by you, "the customer." We do not provide return shipping labels.

SALE items are final and cannot be returned.
