Please Note:

• Twist services are performed on your natural hair to enhance and protect its health and integrity.
• Twist size, hair length, density, and overall hair condition may affect the length of your appointment.
• If additional detangling or hair preparation is needed before styling, we will discuss any recommended services and associated fees with you before we begin.

Deposit Policy

A $75 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment and will be applied toward your total service cost.

Need to make a change? We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule your appointment. Deposits may be transferred to one future appointment when proper notice is provided. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
