Please Note

• Hair is not included but may be purchased through SHE'KEND or brought by the client.

• If your extensions require coloring or customization, clients are encouraged to drop them off 3–5 business days before their installation appointment. Same-day customization may be available based on your desired look, appointment schedule, and stylist discretion.

• If, during your consultation, another service is recommended to protect the health and integrity of your natural hair, we'll discuss the best approach before moving forward.

• A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment and will be applied to the service performed.

Deposit Policy

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment and will be applied toward your total service cost.

Need to make a change? We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule your appointment. Deposits may be transferred to one future appointment when proper notice is provided. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
