This consultation is included as part of your appointment because every SHE'KEND experience begins with understanding you.

Please Note
Extension hair is not included in the service price and must be provided by the client. If you're unsure what type, length, texture, or amount of extension hair to purchase, please contact SHE'KEND for guidance before purchasing your hair.
If your extension hair requires coloring or customization, we recommend dropping it off 3–5 business days before your installation appointment. Same-day customization may be available depending on your desired result, appointment schedule, and the extent of customization required.
Your natural hair and scalp will be evaluated as part of your experience. If an additional treatment or modification to the planned service is recommended to protect the health and integrity of your natural hair, we'll discuss the best approach with you before moving forward.
Booking Fee Policy
A $100 non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. The booking fee will be applied toward your total service cost. Any remaining balance is due at the time of service.
Need to Make a Change?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. With proper notice, your booking fee may be transferred one time to a future appointment. Late cancellations and missed appointments may result in forfeiture of your booking fee.
