This consultation is included as part of your appointment because every SHE'KEND experience begins with understanding you.

Every color service begins with a personalized consultation and assessment of your hair and scalp. The health and integrity of your hair will always be our priority.

If, during your consultation, another service is recommended or your desired color cannot be safely achieved during your scheduled appointment, we'll discuss the best approach and create a personalized plan to help you achieve your desired result safely.

Your deposit will be applied to the service performed that day. If a future color appointment is recommended, a new appointment and deposit will be required.
Deposit Policy
A $75 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment and will be applied toward your total service cost.
Need to make a change? We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule your appointment. Deposits may be transferred to one future appointment when proper notice is provided. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
