What's Included: Personalized consultation, hair and scalp assessment, light detangling, light hair preparation, smoothing of the hair and new growth, ponytail, bun, or simple updo styling, finishing products as needed, and personalized home-care recommendations.

Booking Fee Policy

A $25 non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. The booking fee will be applied toward your total service cost. The remaining balance is due at the time of service.

Please Note

The $75 starting price applies when the hair arrives ready to style and requires only light preparation and detangling.

Braid or protective-style takedown, extensive detangling, shampooing, conditioning, blow-drying, added hair, or additional preparation is not included in the starting price and may result in an additional fee based on the time and preparation required.

For the best experience, please communicate any braid takedown, significant detangling, or additional preparation needs prior to the appointment whenever possible.

Every appointment begins with a personalized consultation to discuss hair needs, evaluate the hair and scalp, and ensure the selected style is appropriate for the client's hair. This consultation is included as part of the appointment because every SHE'KEND experience begins with understanding the hair and providing intentional care.

Need to Make a Change?

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. With proper notice, your booking fee may be transferred one time to a future appointment. Late cancellations and missed appointments may result in forfeiture of your booking fee.
