• Every silk press begins with a personalized consultation and assessment of your hair and scalp to ensure the service is right for you.

• This service is designed for natural hair. Results and longevity may vary based on your hair's texture, density, overall condition, lifestyle, weather, humidity, and home maintenance.

• If, during your consultation, another treatment or service is recommended to protect the health and integrity of your hair, we'll discuss the best approach before moving forward.

• Home care recommendations will be provided at the conclusion of your appointment to help you maintain your silk press between visits.

• A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment and will be applied to the service performed.

Deposit Policy

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment and will be applied toward your total service cost.

Need to make a change? We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule your appointment. Deposits may be transferred to one future appointment when proper notice is provided. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
