This consultation is included as part of your appointment because every SHE'KEND experience begins with understanding you.

Please Note
- Extension coloring is available for 100% human hair extensions only.
- Every extension coloring service begins with a personalized consultation and assessment of your extensions. Results may vary depending on the current color, previous processing, and overall condition of the hair.
- Clients are encouraged to drop off their extensions 3–5 business days before their installation appointment to allow adequate time for customization. Same-day extension coloring may be available based on your desired color, appointment schedule, and stylist discretion.
- Your deposit will be applied to the service performed. If additional appointments are recommended, a new appointment and deposit will be required.
- Hair is not included
Deposit Policy
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment and will be applied toward your total service cost.
Need to make a change? We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule your appointment. Deposits may be transferred to one future appointment when proper notice is provided. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
